Terms of Use Unyoked Sky Discovery Competition
  1. The Promoter is: Sky Discovery Pty Ltd (ACN 609 289 214) of registered office address: Level 17, Chifley Tower, 2 Chifley Square Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. To enter the competition, an entrant must provide the requested details on the Promoter’s website, answer the promotional prompt “Tell us why you need to win our downtime competition” in 200 words or fewer and submit the completed entry form.
  4. Competition opens on:
    1. 26 February 2026 at 8pm (ADST)
  5. Three winners will each get to choose a voucher for either one weekend away, one day spa treatment, or one dinner.
  6. Closing dates for entry will be:
    1. 30 June 2026 at midnight (ADST)
  7. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
    1. Entrants must be over 18 to enter.
    2. Entrants must be Permanent Residents of Australia.
    3. Each entrant can enter the draw only once.
    4. The entrant must be employed by a legal firm in Australia.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. The Promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. Valid entries will be judged by or on behalf of the Promoter based on, amongst other things, creativity and literary merit. The best valid entry as determined by or on behalf of the Promoter will win the prize. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Prize is 1 x $500 Voucher (1 per winner) for either 1 x weekend away, 1 x day spa treatment or 1 x dinner.
  15. Each entrant is only permitted one entry.
  16. Winners will be chosen on:
    1. 10 July 2026 at midnight (ADST)
  17. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  18. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. By entering this competition, an entrant acknowledges their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  22. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  23. The winner’s name will be shared via email.
  24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, X, Meta, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
